Welcome to The Raphael

BIENVENUE!

The Raphael is a Belle Époque villa dating back to 1896, located in Saint-Raphaël in one of the most picturesque areas of the Côte d’Azur, ideally positioned between Saint-Tropez, Cannes, and Nice. Set within two acres of private grounds, the estate offers true seclusion and privacy. Originally built by the Heidsieck champagne family and once part of a historic priory estate, the house is renovated, decorated, and can be staffed.  The Raphael is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the Saint-Raphaël TGV station, with easy access to everything the Côte d’Azur has to offer. Travel time by car or regional train (TER) from Nice Airport: approx. 50 minutes.

The gardens at The Raphael are carefully prepared each spring in a traditional Provençal style, unfolding into a series of distinct outdoor “rooms” that surround the house.

At the heart of the grounds lies the main terrace, shaded by majestic mulberry trees and designed for long, relaxed evenings. Wander among olive trees,  with lavender, rosemary, and herbs woven throughout the garden.

FRENCH CINEMA

THE VIDEO

We are delighted to present this two-minute film of The Raphael, created by Florian Ambrosius. Capturing the true spirit of the estate, the film highlights nature as an essential part of the Raphael experience, where landscape, light, and Riviera serenity come together.
